Review of the Lynx Grill Company

Published by Melissa at 12:54 pm under Lynx Grills

If you could have your dream outdoor cooking area, would it include more than a round, rusty, charcoal filled grill?

The Company, founded in 1997, has brought outdoor cooking to new heights with their stainless steel innovations designed for use in your own backyard. With over a century of collective experience producing high end products for commercial kitchens, the founders of the Company decided to let their creativity flow to the outdoors.

A grill, and the accessories available to accompany it, are not for the average consumer. Made of high grade stainless steel, with temperature control using ™ technology, the grill system brings average backyard barbeques to a whole new level.

™ technology uses infrared burners to provide maximum temperature control for their outdoor grills. You can go from searing a steak to cooking fish in a matter of minutes without running the risk of burning the fish beyond recognition.

grills work well to take away the guesswork involved in grilling. Obviously, you want your friends and family to think that you are a grill master. What person doesn’t? With the high end quality produced by , you are less likely to make giant mistakes that will ruin your meal.

also offers warming stations, a must for any grill owner. Warming stations keep food warm while you cook the rest of the meal, allowing you to create a wide variety of barbeque choices for all of your guests.

A standard on all grills are the blue LED lights, which light up the controls in the dark. You won’t need to balance a flashlight with a platter of steaks to see what you are doing. The LED lights allow you to cook outside, even when it is dark out.

The Company uses exclusive red brass burners in all of their grills. Red brass is more durable than regular brass and it can endure extreme heat. With the red brass burners there is even heat distribution, creating an excellent cooking surface.

Are you trying to design your outdoor space so that you can basically live outside for most of the summer?

manufactures high end outdoor grills, cocktail stations, outdoor refrigeration units and outdoor patio heaters, among other things. is for the grilling enthusiast that wants an outdoor kitchen, not just a pile of charcoal and a can of lighter fluid.

You can set up your backyard to be a paradise and if you love to be outside, the system may be just what you are looking for. With a little patience, time and innovation from , you can have the backyard cooking area of your dreams.

So, I am trying to decide what I want to invest in for my major cooking appliance.
i’ve seen the Lynx and I am impressed. Unfortunately, most of the places that sell it have crumby salespeople. Can anyone tell me why I would choose a lynx grill over a viking, a dcs, or any other commercial type griil? (we live on salt water gotta have stainless, yes?)

    Hi Brad,

    I received this reply from Brian at Lynx Grills;

There are 4 primary points of differentiation that make Lynx a better choice that other premium grill brands.

1.) We use a complete heli-arc welded construction process that eliminates gaps and seams where grease and moister can collect. We also limit the use on mechanical fasteners like; screws, rivets and bolts.
2.) We use only heavy gauge, 304 series stainless steel. This has a high nickel composition and ensures that the product will withstand the test of time.
3.) We are focused on the outdoor kitchen. We do not do indoor kitchen appliance or gas logs. Everything, we design and manufacture is built with the specific intent that it will be used outdoors.
4.) We pride ourselves on being innovative and continuously adding meaningful features to our products. For us innovation means making the product easier to use or helping our customers produce better tasting food. We think the merits of our cast brass burners and ProSear technology speak to this focus on innovation. Not to mention, our Hood Assist Kit that makes opening and closing the hood effortless and things like our integrated illumination with a dedicated blue LED light over every control knob and halogen light over the grilling surface.
