The Lynx Power Burner features a cast brass burner rated at 46000 BTU, Dual Rings that can be operated independently for maximum heat control (from 3000 BTU up to 46000 BTU), Hot Surface / Glow-coil ignition system and removable center grate feature allows unit to accommodate a commercial style round-bottom wok. Replace the center grate and the unit is ready for an oversized stockpot or pan. Also features Blue LED illumination, fully extendable drip pan and removable stainless steel cover.
